One analysis credit = approximately one Claude API processing unit. A full 12-module analysis costs ~50 credits. Viewing saved reports and exporting files cost zero credits.
Why credits, not seats?
Credits measure real AI usage — not who's logged in. Ten users who share an account but run reports daily will exhaust the monthly allowance, naturally preventing abuse without punishing legitimate multi-user access.
What happens when credits run out?
Your dashboard shows live credit usage. When you approach the limit, Rasa notifies you. You can top-up (Growth/Scale) or upgrade. Reports already running are never cut off mid-analysis.

Each credit spent is a real API call to Claude. The credit limit is a hard ceiling per billing cycle, so heavy usage by multiple organisations exhausts the allowance and blocks further reports until the next cycle or a top-up.

No. Credits reset on your billing date each month. This keeps pricing predictable. If you consistently have credits left over, you may be on a higher plan than you need — Starter (500 credits) covers approximately 10 full reports per month.
Yes, on Growth and Scale plans you can purchase a one-time credit top-up from your account dashboard. Top-up packs expire at the end of the billing cycle they were purchased in. Starter users must upgrade to Growth to access top-ups.
